SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed within one to three business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at the time of checkout and are calculated based on the delivery location, order value, and weight of the products; these charges are added to your total order amount before payment.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, product availability, and courier service performance. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, and we shall not be liable for any delays, losses, or damages arising from incorrect or incomplete information. In case of delivery failure due to an incorrect address, you may be charged for re-delivery.

We currently ship to addresses within India using reputed courier services. A tracking number will be provided to you via email or SMS once your order is dispatched so that you can track your shipment. All products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We recommend that you inspect the package upon delivery; if you notice any visible damage to the packaging, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
